These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlueSkyDriver ("we", "us", or "the Service"), a self-serve tool that turns a single logo file into a downloadable brand asset package. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BlueSkyDriver is a one-time, self-serve tool. You upload a single logo file and we generate a brand package from it — a Brand Identity Guide (PDF), your logo in multiple file formats, monochrome versions, favicons, a social avatar, and your color values. It is a single $49 purchase. There is no account to create and no subscription.
After a successful payment you are granted access to the generator through a secure, time-limited session (about 24 hours) so you can upload your logo and download your package. If your access window expires before you finish, you can purchase again to generate a new package.
You must own, or have permission to use, any logo or artwork you upload. You keep all rights to your logo and to the assets the Service generates from it. We claim no ownership of your content or the generated output. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and its output does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The Service accepts SVG and PDF logo files. We do not accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, or raster-only files. The quality of your output depends on the structure and quality of the file you provide; vector files with a defined viewBox produce the best results.
Assets are generated automatically from your file, inside your browser, without manual design review. The output is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will meet a specific requirement, match a particular brand standard, or be suitable for every use.
The Service costs $49 as a one-time payment, processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are processed in U.S. dollars. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and not to attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us ($49). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
