Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and aren't available.

1. A digital product, delivered instantly

The brand package is a digital product. As soon as your payment succeeds, you get immediate access to generate and download your assets from your logo during your access window. Because the product is delivered instantly, all sales are generally final.

2. When we'll make it right

If the Service fails to generate your package because of a technical problem on our side, we'll help you complete it or issue a full refund. Please reach out within 14 days of your purchase.

3. What isn't covered

Refunds generally aren't available for:

  • A change of mind after you've generated and downloaded your package.
  • Uploading the wrong file, or a file that doesn't meet our format requirements (SVG or PDF).
  • Dissatisfaction with automatically generated output that worked as described.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@blueskydriver.com with the email address you used at checkout and your Stripe receipt or the date of purchase. We'll respond promptly and work with you.
